The City of Rauma / Rauma Region Waste Management Authority will solicit tenders for site-specific collection and transportation of mixed and plastic packaging waste in accordance with this call for tenders and annexes.

The City of Rauma / Rauma Region Waste Management Authority will solicit tenders for site-specific collection and transportation of mixed and plastic packaging waste in accordance with this call for tenders and annexes. The procurement is tendered out using an open procedure.

The subscription period is January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2021 + one (1) + one (1) year option. The agreement covers the entire Rauma city area except the archipelago.

The subject matter and its requirements are described in detail in the draft contract (Annex 2). The Service Agreement will be with one (1) Service Provider.

Estimated waste container dump rates / year are presented in Annex 3. Estimates are based on 2017 waste dump rates. As plastic packaging waste has not been collected before, its estimate is based on the energy waste dumps for 2017. The volumes and emptying intervals of waste bins may differ from the estimates and may vary during the contract period, subject to separate negotiation.
