Based on the structural condition of the buildings, a complex modernization / repair including string renovation is planned.
The following construction measures must be taken into account at least, whereby additions to further measures are possible
- removal of detected pollutants,
- renewal of the roof covering, including thermal insulation,
- Renovation of the façade of ETICS (mineral) including loggias,
- renewal of windows and balcony doors,
- Repair of stairway painting, paving work, apartment entrance doors),
- Installation of basement ceiling insulation
- Renewal of the entrance doors and stairwell windows,
- Equipping the entrance doors with handicapped accessible door openers,
- Renewal of bell/intercom system,
- Line rehabilitation ventilation, sanitation, electrical (FI switch + revision in the WE's),
- Optimization of the heating system, as far as possible and reasonable,
- Preparation of the outdoor facilities close to the building.
