The framework agreement is a non-allotment framework agreement, partly concluded at a global and flat rate for the services listed in Articles 2.2 to 2.4 of the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) and partly at unit prices for the services listed in Article 2.5 of the CCTP. The part with purchase orders will be passed pursuant to Article 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The estimate of the share to be ordered is 160 000 EUR HT over the entire duration of the framework agreement.
