The subsequent contractor provides services for the creation of two integrated energy-efficient district concepts KfW 432 (variant A) for the city of Werlte.

The city of Werlte calls for tenders for the creation of two district concepts (IEQK):

The quarter "Werlte Ost and Bockholte" includes the eastern city center area, the area along Bockholter Straße and the entire area of Bockholte. The quarter has a size of approx. 835 ha.

The 2nd quarter "Werlte West" covers the western city center area and also includes a large number of small and large commercial enterprises on a significant part of the area. The quarter has a size of approx. 529 ha.

A creator is being sought for both district concepts. There is no provision for a division of lots.

In addition to the mandatory KFW checklist for energy-efficient urban refurbishment (programme 432 variant A), the following services must be provided:

Item 1 Administration and Project Management;

Item 2 Public relations / stakeholder participation;

Item 3 Data acquisition and initial analysis in the district;

Item 4 Preparation of the greenhouse gas balance:

Item 5 Potential analysis and scenarios;

Item 6 Preparation of a catalogue of measures;
