The subject of the contract is: Service of granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9,550,000.00 intended to cover the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously taken loans and advances. The commitment will be made in accordance with the procedure specified in the public procurement regulations. The loan period will be in 2023-2035, while the loan will be repaid after a two-year grace period and will take place within 11 years (2025-2035). The loan will be paid in tranches according to the borrower's instructions by 31.12.2023 at the latest. Interest rate - WIBOR 1 M rate from the last business day of the month preceding the repayment month plus a fixed bank margin. Interest payable monthly until the last business day of the month starting from the month following the month in which the loan is launched.

- 2029 – PLN 1,000,000.00
- 2030 – PLN 1,000,000.00
- 2031 – PLN 1,000,000.00
- 2032 – PLN 1,000,000.00
- 2033 – PLN 1,500,000.00
- 2034 – PLN 1,500,000.00
- 2035 – PLN 1,650,000.00
The loan will be paid in tranches according to the borrower's instructions by 31.12.2023 at the latest. Interest rate - WIBOR 1 M rate from the last business day of the month preceding the repayment month plus a fixed bank margin. Interest payable monthly until the last business day of the month starting from the month following the month in which the loan is launched. The form of loan security is a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration for the amount corresponding to the amount of debt under the loan used together with interest and other costs of the contractor. The Ordering Party has the right not to use the full amount of the credit without incurring additional costs. In a particularly justified case, the Ordering Party has the right to change the repayment schedule of capital installments, at the written request of the Ordering Party submitted with appropriate justification 7 days before the date of payment of the capital installment. The capital installment, the repayment date of which will be postponed, is part of the outstanding part of the capital and bears interest on the terms set out in the loan agreement. The above changes in the contract will be made by concluding an annex to the agreement and will not extend the loan period according to the agreement. The bank granting the loan will not charge any fees, commissions and other additional costs on the above-mentioned activities. The ordering party has the right to early repayment of the loan with the possibility of indicating the loan periods for which early repayment will be made. In the event of early repayment of part or all of the capital – interest will be payable on the actual debt. The above changes in the contract will be made by concluding an annex to the contract. The bank granting the loan will not charge any fees, commissions and other additional costs on the above-mentioned activities.
