School transports of pre-primary and primary school pupils in Kaustinen municipality lv. 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and option lv. 2022-2023 under a public transport license or taxi license.

The basic idea behind the call for tenders is that the quotation gives the price / route / time and the total number of kilometers and the price per kilometer per route. Carriers are selected for each route primarily on the basis of the fare (price / route / one-time) and secondarily on the basis of the price per kilometer of the route in question. Competition will be run on a route-by-route basis and may be bid on one (1) or more routes.

The call for tenders concerns the provision of school transport for pupils participating in basic and pre-school education in the Kaustinen municipality, as specified in a separate itinerary, under a public transport license or taxi license. There are seven (7) planned routes. In addition, additional routes may be taken on the routes specified in the invitation to tender without cost to the subscriber, provided that the seating capacity of the car permits.
