The place of performance for the services to be provided is the Olympiastadion Berlin, Olympischer Platz 3-5, 14053 Berlin. The aim of providing the services is to achieve the highest possible safety standards for the grounds of the Olympiastadion Berlin and all parts of the building, both as part of regular operations and at events.

The services to be provided include in particular:

- property security in indoor and outdoor areas, including security / control of special areas,

- the management of the central security control center,

- control of access and access,

- the management of keys,

- special surveillance activities in preventive fire protection and in the event of malfunction and accident intervention,

- special activities in the visitor business and when renting space to third parties,

- Security and services at events.

The services include the implementation of continuous object strips. Furthermore, the contractor must use the technical equipment required for the provision of the services and carry out a reporting on the provision of the service and on events.
