OD [the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate] needs consultancy services for socioeconomic analyses and therefore wishes to enter into a framework agreement for such services with one provider. The agreement will have a duration of four years. The estimated value of the framework agreement is up to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT divided over four years. The estimated value is non-binding for OD and carries no rights for the tenderer. The framework agreement is subject to allocating financial funds over the national budget and the OD's budget for each year of the framework agreement period.
