1. The subject of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the city of Radzyń Podlaski, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the area where the contractor has a legal title as well as the collection and management of municipal waste managed by the city of Radzyń Podlaski.
The order consists of the following parts:
1) part And orders: "COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE IN THE CITY OF RADZYŃ PODLASKI - collecting municipal waste from property owners in the city of Radzyń Podlaski.";
2) part II contracts: "COLLECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE IN THE CITY OF RADZYŃ PODLASKI - collection of municipal waste managed by the city of Radzyń Podlaski."
A detailed description of the subject of the contract in relation to individual parts is included in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR, respectively.
The subject of the order is:
1) collecting municipal waste from the owners of the property where residents live;
2) organization, equipment and operation of the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in the city of Radzyń Podlaski;
3) transport of collected municipal waste and waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for waste processing installations and waste recovery and disposal installations.
General information: The city of Radzyń Podlaski has a population of approx. 12,630. The estimated number of single-family houses is 2,700, multi-family buildings 88.
Type of waste and estimated amount: 1) paper - 100Mg, 2) glass - 150Mg, 3) metals and plastics -410Mg, 4) biodegradable waste - 1750Mg, 5) ash - 330 Mg, 6) other waste collected separately - 480 Mg, 7) bulky waste - 100 Mg, 8) municipal waste collected at PSZOK -500 Mg, 9) unsorted waste - 200 Mg TOTAL = 4020 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of the part in question is included in Annex 1a of the ToR.
The subject of the order is:
1) collecting waste from street bins;
2) collecting waste from the municipal market;
3) collecting waste from the Palace and Park Complex;
4) collecting waste from the City Hall of Radzyń Podlaski;
5) collecting waste from the city building at ul. Armii Krajowej 2;
6) collecting waste from the City Hall database at ul. Parkowa 3;
7) collecting waste from city cleaning;
8) collecting waste from illegal landfills;
9) transport and waste management at the Municipal Waste Processing Installation (IPOK) or a utilization plant. Type and estimated quantity: 1) paper - 15Mg, 2) glass - 15 Mg, 3) Metals and plastics - 30Mg, 4) biodegradable waste -120 Mg, 5) other selectively collected waste - 10Mg, 6) unsorted waste - 300mg.
