The hybrid mode as understood in the CCTP consists for the service provider to co-operate with the teams of the Community Directorate of Information Systems (DCSI) of QBO, the edr/siem chain already implemented by the DCSI, according to terms and conditions meeting the clauses of these specifications on the one hand, and on the other hand, the experience and proposals of the service provider. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with a maximum amount of €640,000 excluding VAT over the duration of the contract of 4 years pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The procurement procedure is the open tendering procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 of the French Public Procurement Code
