The subject of the contract is the delivery of two identical, brand new vehicles for refueling aircraft for Wrocław Airport S.A. with a fuel tank capacity of 60 m3 each, which meet the technical requirements specified in the access documentation - further information on the subject of the contract is included in part II. II.2.4 announcements; details in this regard are contained in the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes:

- delivery to the Ordering Party at the expense of the Contractor of brand new vehicles for refueling aircraft with a fuel tank capacity of 60 m3 each, in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation,

- both vehicles supplied must be the same (with the exceptions indicated in the SWZ – if applicable),

- the collection of both vehicles will take place at the Ordering Party on the terms set out in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting an annex to the SWZ,

- the guarantee for both vehicles is provided by the Contractor on the terms set out in the SWZ,

- The Contractor is obliged to report the course of the subject of the contract and enable the Ordering Party to control the implementation of the subject of the contract on the terms specified

w SWZ,

- as part of the subject of the contract, training of the Ordering Party's staff will be carried out in the scope indicated in the draft provisions of the contract and vehicle service will be provided.
