The Brunel University London is establishing a single supplier framework for the provision of asbestos consultancy, surveying, asbestos awareness training and project management of removals and remediation works.

The consultancy shall provide the following services:

— annual review of the asbestos register,

— periodic reviews of the asbestos management plan and procedures,

— attendance at monthly meetings,

— maintenance of emergency preparedness kits,

— asbestos management surveys as and when required,

— asbestos refurbishment and/or demolition surveys,

— project management of asbestos removals,

— 4 stage clearance,

— rapid response to emergency’s.
