The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the provision/provision of occupational health and safety services during an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a unilateral, optional renewal option of four (4) times one (1) year.

This contract is not subdivided into lots. Tendering for a part of the lot is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a value of approximately € 1,000,000,-.
