The subject of this acquisition is the book material of the City of Helsinki. Through this agreement, the Helsinki City Library acquires books in Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian and Russian, services related to book material (e.g. plasticing and sticking) and a cover art bank. The object of the acquisition also includes a book ingredient in other languages.

In addition to the city library, other city entities may also order book material based on this agreement.

There are two (2) subdivisions of the call for tender:

Subdivision 1: Book material and books related services

Subdivision 2: Cover art bank.

One (1) supplier is elected in each subdivision.

Acquisition is subject to book material and related services. The object of the acquisition is defined in more detail under the request for tender, the criteria for the acquisition item.

For this subdivision, a framework arrangement is established to select one (1) supplier.

The acquisition is the subject of a cover art bank. The object of the acquisition is defined in more detail in Annex 6 The description of the cover bank.
