1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service and their transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated in the "Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", created and collected on all properties on which residents live, on all properties on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes, on real estate uninhabited, on which municipal waste is generated covered by the municipal waste collection system in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, municipal waste referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the municipal waste collection service and their transport to the nearest Municipal Waste Treatment Installation indicated in the "Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2022", created and collected on all properties on which residents live, on all properties on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes, on real estate uninhabited municipal waste, on which municipal waste is generated covered by the municipal waste collection system in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, municipal waste referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, delivery of bags for separate collection of municipal waste such as: paper, metals and plastics, glass and bio-waste; 2) collection once a year (from inhabited properties) of collection of bulky waste, electrical and electronic waste (complete and incomplete). This action should cover the collection of the following fractions of waste: bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, car, bicycle and moped tyres. The collection does not include post-renovation, construction and sanitary waste. 3) control of the implementation by property owners of the obligation to separately collect municipal waste; 4) keeping records related to the activities covered by the contract. Data on the Nowa Wieś Lęborska Commune, affecting the subject of the contract 1) The number of registered residents of the Nowa Wieś Lęborska Commune as at 30.09.2022 is 13 606 people. 2) The area of the municipality is 270.39 km². 3) The number of properties resulting from the submitted declarations as at 30.09.2022 is 3661, including 6 managers of multi-apartment buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) and 52 owners of real estate on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes. 4) The number of inhabitants resulting from the submitted declarations as at 30.09.2022 is 11 203. 5) List of multi-apartment buildings - Housing Cooperative Łebień (block 92, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99) - Housing Cooperative Kębłowo Nowowiejski (block 27, 28, 29, 30, 31) - Housing Cooperative Nowa Wieś Lęborska, Grunwaldzka 24B Street - Housing Community "SOSENKA" Leśnice - Housing Community "MARZENIE" Leśnice - Housing Community "JODŁA" Leśnice 6) Number of individual housing units real estate and the number of people living resulting from the declarations submitted by the owners will be forwarded to the Contractor in the form of a list within 7 days of signing the contract. The contractor should adapt to the increase or decrease in the number of properties inhabited by residents, from which municipal waste should be collected. 7) The list of uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste collection system will be provided to the Contractor in the form of a list within 7 days of signing the contract. 3. The collection and transport service concerns the collection of the following fractions of waste: 1) mixed, 2) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging 3) glass, 4) paper, 5) furniture and other bulky waste, 6) used car, bicycle, moped tires, 7) waste electrical and electronic equipment, (complete and incomplete), 8) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, 9) hazardous waste, 10) clothing, textiles.
