By means of the present call for tenders, a framework agreement without purchase obligation is to be concluded with up to three efficient partners. The partners will support PD in the provision of appropriate consulting services in order to be able to offer and implement holistic project management "as if from a single source". The consulting services relate in particular to the topic of transformation consulting and are provided in the context of advising the police forces of the federal and state governments.

The maximum amount of the framework agreement that can be called up is 1,500 person-days.
