Development of complete design documentation as part of the task entitled: "Renovation of the Western and Eastern Breakwaters in the Port of Ustka together with the Pilot Quay"

1. The subject of the contract is the development of a construction project along with a technical design, industry designs, navigational analysis, land development design and information on safety and health protection.2. Required documentation, permits and attachments: a. Map for design purposes 1 copy and 1 copy in the electron version. in DWG format; b. Extracts and extracts from the land register – 1 copy + 1 copy in electronic version; c. Preparation of project documentation - 3 copies and 1 copy in a secured electronic version and in an editable version. d. Preparation of Technical Specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works - 3 copies and 1 copy in the secured electronic version and in the editable version; e. Preparation of bills of quantities - 3 copies and 1 copy in the secured electronic version and in the editable version. Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and bills of quantities should be developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws 2021.2454 of 2021.12.29); f. Preparation of the investor's cost estimate. The investor's cost estimate should be prepared in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the determination of the methods and bases for the preparation of the investor's cost estimate, the calculation of the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws 2021.2458 of 2021.12.29). - 3 copies and 1 copy in a secured electronic version and in an editable version. g. Preparation of the Project Information Sheet, h. Preparation of the Water and Law Survey in accordance with the Act of 20 July 2017. Water Law (Journal of Laws 2023.1478, i.e. of 2023.08.01) – 4 copies and 1 copy in a secured electronic version and in an editable version; i. Obtaining all the necessary arrangements to obtain a building permit. j. Obtaining a permit for the construction and use of artificial islands, structures and equipment in Polish maritime areas by the Act of 21 March 1991 on the Maritime Areas of the Republic of Poland and Maritime Administration (Journal of Laws 2023.960, i.e. of 2023.05.19), and 1 copy of the application in paper and electronic form; 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 12 to the Terms of Reference. 4. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. 5.
