1. The object of the order is:
"Purchase of electricity for the Municipality of Libiąż for 2024".
2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.
Electricity quality standards are described in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819).

2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. The contract covers the sale of electricity to 86 electricity consumption points. The expected amount of energy supplied during the contract completion period is 1 641 407 kWh, i.e.:
tariff and expected electricity supplied in kWh: C11 around the clock: 77 700; C12B daily: 620,625; C12B night: 943,082.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor sells and the Ordering Party buys electricity to the Energy Consumption Points listed in the detailed description of the object of the order.
5. The Contractor shall not be compensated in case of the purchase of less than the forecast quantity of electricity.
6. The contractual power, the conditions for its amendment and the place of supply of electricity for the collection points listed in the Annexes shall be determined each time in the distribution service contracts concluded with the Distribution System Operator, i.e. TAURON Distribution S.A.
7. Electricity purchased under this Agreement will be consumed for the purposes of the Contracting Authority.
The current seller of electricity is TAURON Sale Sp. z o.o., Łagiewnicka 60 Street, 30-417 Kraków.
9. The data necessary to carry out the modification procedure of the seller will be transmitted to the Contractor determined in the proceeding.
10. The Ordering Party informs that the quality requirements for supplies related to the purchase of electricity are specified by the Act, and are also presented in the description of the subject of the contract.
