Construction of the northern ring road connector with Przyjaźni/Strzelecka Street, Blachownia os. in Kędzierzyn-Koźle.

1. The scope of the contract includes the execution of 5 STAGES of works in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.:

1) Stage 1 – RONDO UL. FRIENDSHIP (DK40) AND ENERGETICS;

2) Stage 2 – CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE STRUCTURE;

3) Stage 3 – FROM THE BRIDGE STRUCTURE TO THE ROUNDABOUT ON UL. STARLINGS;

4) Stage 4 – RONDO UL. STARLINGS;

5) Stage 5 – FROM THE ROUNDABOUT TO UL. STARLINGS TO THE RING ROAD.

2. In the context of these proceedings, the following works are to be carried out:

1) road and earth,

2) bridges,

3) electrical,

4) sanitary,

5) teletechnicznych,

6) related to green areas.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be specified in particular by: The draft provisions of the contract, the attached design documentation prepared by the Contractor: POLSKA INŻYNIERIA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Nowogrodzka 62B, lok. 10, posted together with the annexes in an electronic version on the website of the proceedings being conducted, which are an integral part of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority enables and recommends to the Contractor to make a site visit.

Bills of quantities should be treated as an auxiliary element of the description of the subject of the contract.

4. Requirements resulting from the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels.

Pursuant to Article 68(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 110, as amended), the Contracting Authority requires that the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2 point 33 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law used in the performance of this task is at least 10%. The rules for calculating the share of electric vehicles in vehicle fleets are set out in Article 36a of the Act on electromobility and alternative fuels.

5. Employment requirement for employment contract.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing the following activities necessary to perform the contract: road works; bridge works; sanitary work; electrical robots; telecommunication works.

The method of verification of employment, the authority of the contracting authority in the field of control and the sanctions for non-compliance are set out in the draft provisions of the contract.
