The qualification of 4 contractors to a Framework Agreement for the supply and installation of a high quality/enhanced catalogue of totem products to improve city centre environments within Centro's network across the West Midlands area. The framework should make available a suitable range of totem products offering enhanced information provision, available for call-off purposes. Please note, however, that there may be elements of contractor design required dependent on the characteristics of a particular site. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of no longer than 48 months from the date of the award of the contract.
The framework is for way-finding totems, interchange totems and transport totems.
Each call-off will usually be awarded via a mini competition process where all qualified suppliers will be invited to take part. The evaluation criteria will not necessarily be the same criteria used in the original qualification of suppliers to the framework. They will be determined by what is deemed most appropriate based on the requirements of the particular call-off itself. There is also the mechanism within this framework for direct call-offs.
