The services related to this specifications are the masonry works complementary to the activity of GIAHSA, included in its actions of plumbing, sanitation and the needs of the different collection facilities, water purification plants (water and wastewater treatment plants), deposits, Pumps, MSW centers, clean points, packaging classification plant, etc.

The service that is intended to hire reaches 2 differentiated activities, which must be attended by the winner of each lot in its corresponding area:

1) Masonry aid: it consists of civil works in all its extension to complete the repairs of the supply networks whose plumbing will be executed by GIAHSA. For these jobs the contestant will offer each and every one of the unit prices in Annex 10 - Economic offer;

2) Plumbing reinforcements: it consists of the execution of the small plumbing works commissioned by the GIAHSA networks department and that will serve as reinforcement to said department at specific times. Likewise, the contestant will offer each and every one of the unit prices in Annex 10 - Economic offer.
