The contractor is responsible for the design and construction of Campus 1 of the Residential Care Centre, as described in the technical provisions.

The assignment includes the replacement new construction, including demolition of existing buildings and environmental construction.

This assignment includes, in particular, the following assignments under the contractor:

● Designing (DESIGN) Campus 1;

● building (BUILD) Campus 1;

● project coordination; and

● Maintaining Campus 1 for the 2-year guarantee period.
