the services concern 6 separate communal buildings:

- Theatre-Cinema La Mouche, located at 8 Rue des Écoles, 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

- the assembly room, located at 52 place des Barolles 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

- the public toilets located at Place Jaboulay 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

- the public toilets located next to Villa Chapuis, at 45 avenue Clémenceau, 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

- multifunctional room, Allée Paul Frantz, 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

- Barolles Social Cultural Center (C.S.C.B.), 48/50 places des Basses Barolles, 69230 Saint-Genis-Laval

some of the services are performed at a fixed frequency, and are subject to a weekly, monthly and annual flat rate:

- regular cleaning of the premises of the theater-cinema La Mouche

- regular cleaning of the 2 public toilets located respectively Place Jaboulay and Villa Chapuis

- regular cleaning of the premises of the Multifunctional Room

- regular cleaning of the premises of the Barolles Social Cultural Center (C.S.C.B.),

The other services are carried out on request, on the issuance of a purchase order, and are subject to a unit price:

- the cleaning of the Gayet theater at the La Mouche theater-cinema

- cleaning the assembly room

- cleaning at the request of the 2 public toilets located respectively Place Jaboulay and Villa Chapuis

- cleaning the auditorium of the Barolles Social Cultural Center (C.S.C.B.)

Article R2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code is applied, which authorises the use of the appropriate procedure for the lot of an alloti contract which is the subject of a formalised procedure provided that the amount of this lot is less than EUR 80 000 ex VAT for supply and service contracts, and that it does not exceed 20% of the total value estimated of all the lots.

Therefore, lot 2 will be subject to a separate adapted procedure. This consultation concerns only lot 1.
