The aim of this call for proposals is to implement funding element 2: Digital patient portal (§19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 5 KHSFV).
The platform is designed to support the pre-admission, in-treatment process, transition and discharge management, and to enable seamless communication and information sharing between patients, physicians and medical staff.
Sana Kliniken AG attaches particular importance to meeting the mandatory criteria in accordance with the requirements of the KHZG. The platform is said to include a variety of features, especially those that have not previously been covered by other partners. In addition, the connectivity of the patient portal is to be maximized by providing further integrations with components such as online appointment management, the digital discharge and transfer solution and the interoperability platform. The structured exchange of data with existing primary systems (esp. HIS) is also mandatory.
In addition to the provision of the licenses and the installation of the solution, the long-term support of the project is also required. Furthermore, Sana Kliniken AG expects a sophisticated training concept with sufficient support from the contractor.
