Comprehensive maintenance of safety systems and tunnel service equipment along the national road S7 Myślenice – Rabka Zdrój near Luboń Mały, together with the associated infrastructure and operation of the Tunnel Management Center at the Skomielna Biała Expressway Maintenance Circuit.

The scope of the contract includes:

a) ongoing maintenance in the field of maintenance, operation and servicing of tunnel infrastructure equipment and systems installed in the tunnel and related buildings: Technical building ST1 (Transformer Station), Technical building SW1 (Fan Station), Technical building ST2 (Transformer Station), Technical building SW2 (Fan Station), in particular:

-basic and emergency power supply system,

-complex lighting system,

-ventilation system,

-CO, NO and visibility measurement system,

a system of fire detection and signalling devices,

-alarm and technical communication system,

a radio communication system,

-sound system,

tunnel control and management system,

communication equipment system,

-video monitoring and detection system,

-access control system,

a system for the prevention of ice,

-hydrant network system,

-rainwater drainage system,

-communication equipment (including: power and control cabinets, niche cabinets, sirens, signs, boards and others)

-bridge expansion joints, linear-tangential steel bearings,

-spraying of the fire-resistant tunnel, protection with paint coatings

-doors and gates

-system of drainage installation of the tunnel and at the inlets / outlets from the tunnel supplying the fire tank together with the PDKD pumping station

-ventilation, air conditioning and heating equipment in ST1, ST2, ST3, BD1, BD2

-lent electronic equipment in buildings BD1 and BD2,

b) round-the-clock dispatching of the Tunnel Management Center, located in building BD1 - basic control room, and in emergency cases in building BD2 - reserve control room, consisting in managing the tunnel infrastructure control system;

(c)maintaining cleanliness in buildings BD1 and BD2;

d) repairs and removal of failures to the extent ordered by the Ordering Party.
