The subject of the contract is the provision of communal services in the commune of Kazimierz Biskupi, consisting in "Collection and management of municipal waste from the commune of Kazimierz B. from real estate on which residents live in the period from 1 to 12.2020" in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010 ), as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Wielkopolskie Voivodship for the years 2016–2022 along with the investment plan, arising on residential properties covering the following cities: Anielewo, Bielawy, Bieniszew Gajówka, Bieniszew Klasztor, Bochlewo Drugie, Bochlewo Pierwsze, Borowe, Czólków, Daninów , Dębówka, Good word, First, Second, Third, Jóźwin ...
