The subject of the contract varies in terms of the scope of work depending on the location of the building, consists in the performance of construction works - thermomodernization, decommissioning of low emissions and works covered by the decisions of the District Inspector of Construction Supervision (hereinafter PINB) in Bytom

in buildings located on Pl. Wolskiego 7 and Piekarska 40 Street, according to the attached design documentation, the correct decisions on construction permit, notifications of works not requiring a construction permit, decisions of PINB.

Execution of construction works involving thermomodernization, decommissioning of low emissions and works covered by decisions of the District Building Supervision Supervisor (hereinafter PINB) in Bytom in a building located at Pl. Wolskiego 7. Detailed description of the item of the order shall include Annexes No 1.1. to SWZ for the order part, respectively

comprising:

− Construction project TOM I,

− Construction project TOM II,

− Implementing projects,

− Construction permit Decision No 616/2020 of 09.10.2020,

− Position of the District Superintendent of Construction Supervision of 08.09.2020,

− Order of the Silesian Provincial Conservator of Monuments K-NR.5142.1907.2020.EB of

07.10.2020,

− Formal and legal documents necessary to carry out the task.

2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular:

2.1 on the basis of Projects, final construction permit decisions, notifications of works not requiring a construction permit, PINB decision to carry out construction works in the field of thermomodernization, the elimination of low emissions and works covered by the decisions of the District Supervisor of Construction Supervision together with any technical infrastructure accompanying the construction, including:

1) the execution of all temporary works under the concept of which all works necessary for the performance of the subject of the contract are understood and removed after their execution which should be carried out in order to ensure the full safety and proper organization of the construction works covered by the subject of the contract use of protective materials and devices

safety and safety in the field of health and safety, both provided and not provided for

in the design documentation and needed on the construction site for the execution and completion of works and the removal of defects, including in particular: temporary security, temporary network switching

installation and installation, fencing and security of the construction site, preparatory work, organizing, maintenance and subsequent liquidation of construction facilities;

2) complementary measurements and technical condition checks to the extent necessary to carry out the investment, including in particular after demolition work

disassembly and dismantling;

3) obtaining all permits related to the implementation of the investment and the payment of any resulting charges (e.g. seizure of the road lane, sidewalk, etc.);

4) the execution of all tests and receipts of which protocols are required for final receipt of the facility necessary to obtain a building's use permit (if applicable);

5) obtaining a decision on the permission to use the building (if applicable);

6) execution of as-built documentation;

Construction works consisting of thermomodernization and low emission eradication in a building located at 40 Piekarska Street. Detailed description of the object of the contract shall contain, respectively, annexes No 1.2. to SWZ, comprising:

− Construction project,

− Implementing projects,

− Construction permit Decision No 542/2020 of 14.09.20,

− Formal and legal documents necessary to carry out the task.

2. The subject of the contract includes, in particular:
