The contract concerns the contracting of Certified Institutions for the Achterhoek Municipalities region.

The principles of the agreement are based on the Gelderse Improvement Agenda for Youth Protection.

It includes working together under the Youth Law and the Standards Framework.

In July 2020, we started working out the Improvement Agenda, focusing on:

— New contracting of GIs as of 1 January 2022, based on new case load standards and uniform working

— Unambiguous (upper regional) contract management

— Uniform agreements on special costs of GI
