Risør municipality has an ongoing need for assistance with engineering design services for projects in the municipality's action plan, in addition to other projects that arise during the contract period. The estimated volume for this contract is approx. 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.

The services will consist of assistance with engineering design services and possibly construction management for the construction, alteration and clearance of municipal engineering installations, such as elevated basins, sewage treatment facilities, water treatment facilities, value housing, sewage pump stations, pressure increasing stations, including control systems, manholes and pipeline installations on land and at sea and No-Dig systems. In addition there will be municipal road installations, sports facilities, bridges, culverts, quay constructions and engineering design services for other ground work in the municipality (e.g. playgrounds, parks, parking, cemeteries, wharfs, etc.) that accompanies ground surveys and other needs that naturally come under the responsibility of the department for engineering services.

Risør municipality would therefore like to invite consultant engineering companies to submit tenders for a framework agreement for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year.
