Services of collection and transport of municipal waste, fraction FORM and Rest, of street cleaning and cleaning of graffiti in spaces and public furniture and of maintenance of containers of Mollet del Vallès; the supply of vehicles, machinery and other equipment for the development of services and execution of works to the facilities of the Base of Operations, in accordance with the functional scope compressed in the Specification of technical prescriptions; with the application of environmental and sustainability measures.

The territorial scope reached by this contract is the municipality of Mollet del Vallès, which includes the urban area, the polygons, and the rural area of Gallegos. The purpose of this contract is to provide the following services: ● The selective collection of the organic fraction of the municipal waste (hereinafter FORM) and the remaining fraction, of all household waste generated in the municipality of Mollet del Vallès and arranged in containers. ● The collection, selection and management of bulky waste generated in the municipality of Mollet del Vallès. Special waste such as fiber cement, collection and management is included, which will be carried out by the successful bidder when the owner cannot be determined. These collections include the service leads to the door of collection of furniture and the discharges that are located within the municipality. ● The unscheduled collection and transport of any uncontrolled dumping of ordinary, bulky or special municipal waste located in the municipality of Mollet del Vallès. ● The transport of all collected waste to the treatment plants determined by the City Council of Mollet del Vallès. ● The management of mobile waste. ● The cleaning and elimination of odors from the containers located on the public road. ● The maintenance of the containers of the subtraction fraction, FORM, and the underground of all the fractions. ● The street cleaning service. ● The cleaning of graffiti and graffiti of urban furniture, public buildings and municipal equipment, pavement, sidewalks, road, etc. or any other place indicated by the City Council. ● Cleaning and collection services of parties including the environmentalization of the same, as well as special cleaning tasks commissioned by the City Council. ● Supply of machinery for the provision of the different services described in this specification. ● Improvement and renovation works to the service park facilities. This contract also regulates the management model at the technical level of the contract, the processing of the information generated during the execution of the service and the data records that will be necessary for the successful bidder to maintain. The following are excluded from the scope of the municipal waste collection service: a) The selective collection of packaging, glass, paper-cardboard fractions (carried out by the Vallès Oriental Waste Consortium). b) The door-to-door collection of the commercial paper-cardboard fraction (carried out by the Vallès Oriental Waste Consortium).
