Procurement of an HLF 10 according to DIN 14530-26 without loading (used vehicle)

The city of Eisenach procures an HLF 10 in accordance with DIN 14530-26 to ensure security.

The HLF 10 is equipped with a fire extinguishing centrifugal pump driven by the vehicle engine, a device for rapid water discharge, an extinguishing water tank and a fire brigade loading for a group used for firefighting, pumping water and providing technical assistance, with its crew forms an independent tactical unit whose crew consists of a group (1/8).

The vehicle must comply with the relevant standards, legislation and technical guidelines. The award of the contract is planned in one lot (chassis and build-up or expansion). Fire brigade loading is explicitly not part of this call for tenders.

HLF 10 must meet the following general requirements:

-used vehicle, registered, not older than two years from the date of initial registration

-passenger transport for a group (1/8)

-Equipment with special signalling devices

-Equipment with BDBOS communication equipment

-Absorption of constant fire brigade loading in accordance with DIN 14530-26

-Loading reserves

For the chassis, there must be a suitable authorized workshop in Eisenach or within a maximum radius of 10 km and approved by the vehicle supplier.
