NOTE:
1) The contest was announced previously, but was cancelled because it was necessary to make changes to the tender documentation. Adjustments have been made to the price form and the requirement specifications for all subgroups, as well as the price document for the procurement and the invitation to tender, to adapt the requirements for service level, training and consumables to the equipment to be procured.
2) Questions will not be answered in weeks 28-30 due to the holiday period.
A Maldi Tof analyser will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (analysis instrument for identifying microorganisms).
Description of the wanted function:
Analysis instrument for quick and exact identification of bacteria using Maldi Tof technology (Matrix Assisted Laser Desorption Ionization - Time of Flight). The equipment will be used for the identification of microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) via the microorganisms unique protein spectrums. The equipment must use updated taxonomy for microorganisms. The equipment, including all components, software, and databases (the system), must be able to identify a broad spectrum of microorganisms, including high-pathogenetic organisms.
Bærum and Drammen Hospitals currently have Malti Tof as a backup, and it is important that this continues
A zone reader will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (reads what medicines a microorganism is sensitive to and to what degree. The method is used for determining bacteria resistance.)
Description of the wanted function:
The instrument must be able to take pictures, read, and interpret manual resistance determination.
A system for micro-stock thinning will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (method that is used for determining bacterial resistance).
Description of the wanted function:
The instrument must be able to take pictures, read, and interpret MIC value from micro-stock thinning.
An anaerobe workstation bacteriology, cupboard will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (can detect bacteria that grow without access to O2).
Description of the wanted function:
System for anaerobe cultivation of bacteria.
A colour machine, Gram's stain will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (machine that colours bacteria and that contributes to identifying different types of bacteria).
Description of the wanted function:
System for automatic Gram's staining of microbiological preparations. The system must be physically sealed during the colour process in order to prevent exposure.
A TB colour machine will be procured for the new Drammen Hospital (machine that colours acid proof rods, used for diagnosing tuberculosis).

System for automatic colouring of acid proof rods. The system must be physically sealed during the colour process in order to prevent exposure.
