Tynset municipality intends to enter into an agreement for the hire and laundry of clothing for the municipal activities. The agreement includes i.a the collection and delivery of workwear, flat textiles and other textiles with agreed collection and delivery times. The services are carried out in accordance with a pre-agreed frequency for collection and delivery.

The objective of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for clean and undamaged clothing and textiles, as well as reducing transaction costs associated with the service. The contracting authority believes that a good and close dialogue with the tenderer throughout the contract period is crucial to fulfilling this purpose.

The contract includes the delivery of the above products and services for Tynset municipality. The ongoing deliveries are defined on based on a specific scope and an agreed weekly delivery frequency. The contract is, based on this information, defined as an ongoing service agreement and not a framework agreement.

Based on statistics from the last 12 months, the annual scope constitutes a turnover of approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT.

The stated volume is based on historical figures. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
