Energy performance market for the city's thermal installations, Agglomeration community of the Communal Social Action Center and the Saint-Dié-des-Vosges intercommunal tourist office (group of orders).

P1, P2 and P3 type contract on 87 HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air-conditioning) buildings with an initial duration of 60 months, renewable for 24 months.

The contract holder will provide the following services:

- management of natural gas, fuel oil, heating network (P1), with guaranteed results,

- driving, routine maintenance and repairs (P2),

- the total guarantee (P3),

- authorized variant, on the P3 improvement program or on the P1 energy supply.
