The Norwegian Directorate of Health wants to enter into framework agreement with a tenderer who can offer a broad selection of products and services for the safeguarding of IT security, and thereby can act as a total supplier of IT security for the Directorate. Hourly based consulting assignments will primarily not be included in the agreement, as The Norwegian Directorate of Health already has framework agreements for consulting services.

The Norwegian Directorate of Health has their main office at Universitetsgaten 2 in Oslo, but products and services must also be deliverable directly to other offices and entities that are operated by The Norwegian Directorate of health, in practice, over the entire country.

The Norwegian Directorate of Health will be a contracting party for the framework agreement, but purchase under the agreements will also include the needs of neighbouring and underlying agencies that the Directorate operates with operational services. Furthermore, the agencies separate to the Directorate or agencies for which the Directorate currently has operational responsibility, have an option to utilise the agreement. The scope of the upcoming purchase is uncertain.

The agreement will be signed with the Government's Standard Contracts (SSA) from DIFI as the terms of the agreement.
