The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Piekoszów in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021, where the contract is divided into 2 tasks:

a) Task No. 1 - Collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of residential properties located in the commune of Piekoszów in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021,

b) Task No. 2 - Organization, maintenance and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point in the Piekoszów commune together with the management of collected waste in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021.

Task No. 1 - Collection and management of municipal waste directly from owners of inhabited real estate, located in the commune of Piekoszów in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021, involving the collection and management of municipal waste in a manner that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain waste fractions and levels of reduction of biodegradable municipal waste mass transferred to landfill in accordance with legal regulations; collection and management covers municipal waste collected in a selective manner as well as mixed, arising in households.

Task No. 2 - Organization, maintenance and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point in the commune of Piekoszów together with the management of collected waste in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021, consisting in the organization, maintenance and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point , according to the law.
