The subject of the contract is to grant a loan to the Municipality of Międzyrzecz for the purpose of financing the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Międzyrzecz in 2023:

1) The amount of the loan granted up to PLN 9,200,000.00.

2) PLN loan with a variable interest rate.

3) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until October 31, 2034

1. The subject of the contract is to grant a loan to the Municipality of Międzyrzecz for the purpose of financing the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Międzyrzecz in 2023:

1) The amount of the loan granted up to PLN 9,200,000.00.

2) PLN loan with a variable interest rate.

3) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract until October 31, 2034

4) Interest on the loan used will be calculated assuming that the year has 365 days.

5) Collateral for the loan: a blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration on which the treasurer's countersignature will be placed.

6) Release of the loan from the date of signing the contract according to payment orders (tranches) as payment needs arise until 31.12.2023.

7) It is possible not to use the full amount of the loan without incurring any costs, while the minimum value of the loan used is determined in the amount of PLN 4,500,000. In this situation, the loan repayment installments will be proportionally reduced.

8) The Ordering Party does not provide for an extension of the loan period.

9) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to give the reason for not using part of the loan above the minimum amount.

2. The loan repayment schedule constitutes Annex 8 to the SWZ.
