This framework agreement concerns all intersections operated by the metropolis, with the exception of intersections concerned by a Teor or Metro priority that are not connected to the PCRT. The intersections concerned by the PPP (on the territory of the city of Rouen) are also not affected. For all the hubs concerned by this contract, the service provider will therefore be required to:- produce existing technical files or projects (translation on paper of programming elements). These files reflect both existing operations and proposals for new programming).- Carry out programming (translations of the project's technical file into controller language)- transfer programming to controllers- Assess existing operations (in terms of programming)- Check compliance with regulations (Interministerial Instruction on Road Signs)- Configure junctions to the PCRT
