The subject matter of the service is the implementation of vocational training in external institutions (BaE) in accordance with § 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with §§ 76 ff SGB III and §§ 4, 5 para. 2 ff Berufsbildungsgesetz (BBiG)/§§ 25, 26 para. 2 ff Handwerksordnung (HwO) - general vocational training including step-by-step training.
BaE according to §§ 76 ff SGB III aim to enable trainees who require special help due to learning disabilities or social disadvantages to start, continue and successfully complete vocational training.
