This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No o 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public procurement. The purpose of this contract is to provide pruning, felling, grubbing and architectural cutting services on trees in streets, squares, squares, parks and public establishments (schools, stadiums, cemeteries, etc.) the municipality of Viry-Châtillon. The services are divided into 2 lots, allocated by separate contracts and defined as follows: lot n o 1: pruning, felling and grubbing services. Lot n o 2: benefits of architectural sizes. Framework agreements with single-order purchase orders, placed by a public purchaser with minimum and maximum orders, without re-competing when awarding purchase orders, pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of the Public Procurement Decree .
