The municipalities want to embed the implementation of the requested tailor-made provision more in society. With this they want to realize a transformation and appeal to the self-management and own strength of the inhabitants. In addition, the municipalities aim to realize a more inclusive society, the so-called 'normalization of living'.

The main goal of this open house procedure is therefore as follows: "Appropriate residential guidance is offered to people who need it."

The Municipalities purchase the tailor-made facility Protected Housing and Protected Home 2023 by means of an open house admission procedure, because this form of purchasing does the most justice to the main goal. The desired transformation of protected living makes open house the best fit, because of the necessary flexibility in the contract.

This procedure is organized for the West-Brabant West Region, consisting of the following municipalities:

- Bergen op Zoom,

- Halderberge,

- Roosendaal,

- Rucphen

- Steenbergen

- Woensdrecht

The Municipalities are organising the tailor-made provision for Protected Housing and Protected Home 2023 for people with psychological or psychosocial problems, aimed at promoting self-reliance and participation.
