1. The subject of the contract is the supply of various medicinal products, divided into 10 packages (in accordance with Appendix 7 – Assortment and price form). 2. Deliveries should take place within 3 days from the date of sending the order by fax or e-mail with confirmation of receipt of the order. If the delivery falls on a non-working day or Saturday or outside the working hours of the hospital pharmacy, the delivery will take place on the first working day after the scheduled date. 3. Delivery of medicinal products ordered urgently must take place by 9:00 a.m. on the day following the order. 4. Payment to the Contractor's bank account shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the correctly issued invoice. 5. The offered subject of the order must be admitted to trading and use in accordance with applicable law. The subject of the contract must comply with the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301) and the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974).
