Procurement of digital funding database for municipal funding

The AG plans to introduce a digital funding database for municipal funding in the state of Brandenburg. The web application is intended to represent the specialist procedure for the promotion of municipal road construction. Among other things, the submission of applications, the submission of grant and amendment notices, the retrieval of subsidies and the final proof of use are to be mapped completely digitally within the IT specialist procedure in the future. This makes the work processes within the LS as well as between the LS and the districts, independent cities and municipalities more efficient and effective. Furthermore, with the help of the digital funding database, there will be better evaluation options with regard to regions, projects and funding amounts, especially in the case of inquiries from the specialist supervisory authority (MIL). The number of users will be about 210 people. In preparation for the introduction of a digital funding database, the entire process of municipal funding was surveyed and divided into nine associated sub-processes for better illustration and comprehensibility. Each process representation includes a table with detailed information about the respective process section. After the individual process representations, there is a verbal explanation of the overall process, in which overarching functional aspects are explained. The digital funding database must be able to map these individual processes. Initially, the following four municipal funding programmes will be supported:

- Straßenprogramm

- Bridge structures (Future Investment Fund)

- Footpaths and cycle paths (Future Investment Fund)

- Cycle paths (federal funding: special programme "City and Country")

The aim is to implement a web-based standard application so that the workflows of municipal funding that have already been recorded can be automated and flexibly mapped.
