The contract in question includes the Extension of DW 872 on the section from the intersection with DK 9 in Nowa Dęba to the intersection with DK 77 in Nisko together with the necessary technical infrastructure, buildings and construction equipment - stage I. The scope of works includes, m.in: extension of DW 872 on the section from km 28+483.00 to km 34+724.24, adaptation of the road surface structure to the load of 115 kN/axle and the width of the roadway with a width of 7.00 m, reconstruction of the intersection of DK9 and DW 872 within the boundaries of the existing DK right-of-way, extension of intersections with sections of inlets of public roads of other categories, reconstruction of the intersection of DK 9 and DW 872, reconstruction of existing pavements and construction of new pavements and pedestrian and bicycle paths, reconstruction of existing bus bays and construction of new bus bays.

A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and the Construction Project annexed to the SWZ.

The order is financed from the Government Road Development Fund

The scope of works includes, m.in: extension of voivodeship road No. 872 on the section from km 28+483.00 to km 34+724.24, adaptation of the road surface structure to the load of 115 kN/axle and the width of the roadway with a width of 7.00 m, reconstruction of the intersection of DK9 and DW 872 within the existing road lane of the national road, correction of horizontal curves along with height correction of the road grade, construction of paved shoulders with a width of 0.50 m along with reinforced dirt shoulders, extension of intersections with sections of inlets of other categories of public roads, reconstruction of the intersection of DK 9 and DW 872, reconstruction of existing pavements and construction of new pavements and pedestrian and bicycle paths, reconstruction of existing bus bays and construction of new bus bays, reconstruction of road ditches through their construction and reconstruction, along with the construction of covered ditches, the construction and reconstruction of a ditch draining rainwater and snowmelt from the DW 872 road lane in the city of Bushings to the railway ditch at km 179.539 of railway line No. 65, reinforcement of ditches and watercourses, replacement and reinforcement of weak-bearing ground, demolition of existing culverts along with the construction of new culverts, with the exception of culvert P7 at km 32+411, which is planned for reconstruction, construction and reconstruction of exits, reconstruction of the rail-road crossing at km 178.067 of line No. 65 Bridge over the Bug-Sławków South River in the town of Sławków South. Drozdów, reconstruction and construction of road lighting, construction of a technological channel, removal of collisions with technical infrastructure colliding with the road being expanded,

The execution of the object of the order must be in accordance with the offer and the SWZ, in particular:

- Description of the Subject of the Order

- Construction Project

- the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement

- Table of Billing Elements (TER)

The order must be made in accordance with the CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOR EQUIPMENT AND DESIGN

AND CONSTRUCTION FOR ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND ENGINEERING WORKS

AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGNED BY THE CONTRACTOR (according to the General Terms and Conditions, the fourth English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 – translation of the first edition of 1999, also containing guidelines for the preparation of Special Conditions).
