For various events of the State Chancellery of different sizes and durations, the transport, assembly and dismantling as well as the technical support of the in-house exhibition equipment must be ensured by means of a purchase contract. This also includes electrical installation work, carpentry and locksmith work, services such as assistance with the accreditation of guests, parking space monitoring, etc.

The subject of this tender is a framework contract for the following services, which must be carried out properly, in a material-friendly, economical and largely independent manner:

- Event management (e.g. organizational and technical coordination, location check).

- Provision of equipment, e.g. from the client's stocks.

- Storage of the equipment in the storage rooms rented by the State Chancellery.

- Transport of equipment.

- Assembly and dismantling of the equipment.

- Cleaning and repair of the equipment.

- Deployment of personnel at events (e.g. reception services, parking space surveillance, etc.).

- Provision of development, creative and event services.
