This acquisition includes the distribution network unit price contract contract to the extent specified by the Annexes.

The acquisition includes annual new and compensation investments in the subscriber's distribution network and telecommunications network, as well as interconnection, measurement, fault and maintenance work. The scope of the acquisition also includes operational operational duty and contingency related to failures.

The subscriber chooses two (2) suppliers with whom it enters into framework agreements. The work is distributed so that the winner of the competition receives about 60% of the work and 40% of the work that came in second place. These contributions refer to the annual amount of euros. This can be deviated for a reasoned reason. For example, the special competence of the supplier is considered to be a legitimate reason. Individual job assignments may be divided other than by a 60/40 allocation ratio, but the point is that both vendors get all kinds of job tasks, such as maintenance duties and faulting jobs, for example.

The procurement is carried out through a negotiated procedure, so this notification requests for participation are requested. The actual tender request will be sent to the selected bidders.

No compensation shall be paid for the submission, negotiation or other participation in the procurement procedure.
