The tender procedure concerns the stipulation of a Framework Agreement with a single operator for the assignment of the two-year supply, in fractional form, of Mercedes spare parts necessary for the maintenance of Apam Esercizio Spa buses, divided into the following lots:

- LOT 1 (CIG 9831894F95) – Supply of new MERCEDES spare parts exclusively original, relating to safety parts to be considered critical with respect to vehicular integrity in case of their malfunction (reference: national legislation Highway Code and Community Directive 98/14 / EEC, Directive 2007/46 / EC and relating to IV)

- LOT 2 (CIG 98319047D8) - Supply of original new MERCEDES spare parts, original equipment or equivalent.

Supply of new MERCEDES spare parts exclusively original, relating to the safety parts to be considered critical with respect to vehicular integrity in the event of their malfunction.

The construction characteristics of the spare parts required are subject to checks pursuant to the Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/92 and subsequent amendments - art. 71) and the Implementing Regulations (Presidential Decree 495/92 and subsequent amendments, art. 227 with appendix V). Therefore, for these spare parts, for the purposes of operational safety, only original spare parts equipped (where applicable) with legal approval provided for by national legislation (Highway Code) and Community (Directive 98/14 / EEC, Directive 2007/46 / EC and relating to IV) are required.
