In accordance with Article 38, § 1, 1° a (the needs of the contracting authority cannot be met without adjustment of immediately available solutions) of the Law of 17 June 2016, the contract is awarded as a competitive dialogue.
This application for participation (call for nomination) only covers the first phase of qualitative selection of candidates. So, at this stage, we only expect an application based on the information requested. However, in order to give all candidates a clear picture as possible of the needs of the contracting authority, this document is already being elaborated more broadly.
We don't expect actual quotes yet. We write out our need as well as possible so that the provider can guide the Contracting Government as best as possible to the most suitable solution for this.
