The purpose of this contract is a service contract for the performance of maintenance and maintenance services for Controlled Mechanical Ventilation, including all components (extraction units, horizontal and vertical ducts and vents and ventilation grilles for wet and dry rooms), buildings belonging to the assets of the Contracting Authority.
This is a mixed contract:
- flat-rate benefit (according to Dpgf)
- purchase order service (according to Bpu) whose maximum amount is set at EUR 200,000.00 excluding VAT for the entire lot and the total duration of the contract.
