Viborg Municipality is the authority on the emptying scheme, while the Contracting Entity is responsible for the operation of the scheme.

Tender for a framework agreement covering the supervision and emptying of settling tanks with KSA equipment (Combined Sewer Cleaner and Drainage System). In addition, the task includes recording the condition of the settling tanks, updating the operating database, transporting and disposing of sludge and quality assurance.

Viborg Municipality is the authority on the emptying scheme, while the Contracting Entity is responsible for the operation of the scheme.

Viborg Municipality has a voluntary emptying scheme, which is politically approved in the form of the Regulation for emptying scheme. This emptying scheme provides for the possibility for citizens to apply for withdrawal from the compulsory scheme under certain conditions.

During the agreement period, proposals will be made for the revision of the emptying regulations, where the "voluntary" emptying scheme can be made mandatory throughout the municipality. If this is approved by Viborg Municipality, the Tenderer must be prepared to handle emptying of all approx. 6000 settling tanks in Viborg Municipality.

The total annual purchase on the agreement is expected to amount to approximately DKK 1.3 million.

The maximum consumption on the framework agreement may amount to 50% more than the actual offer price, including price adjustments, cf. clause 6 of the framework agreement.
